trip to Mornington peninsular

Today,I went with my 2 secondary school friends and another friend to Mornington peninsular around an hour plus drive from Melbourne. it was rather cloudy when we set off around 11 am in the morning but it was sunny after we had our lunch. we had a mediterrean lunch with some nice white wine.it was rather pricy I feel but guess it was just an experience. Later on, we drove to sunny ridge and wanted to pick some nice strawberries but it was all picked up.we were pretty disappointed but later on we went to a very nice beach with nice clear, blue waters..the beach was not that crowded and it was really different from the beaches back home. I enjoyed the cool breeze and felt really good especially with the wind blowing on our face.
it was something different.
at around 4 plus pm, we drove back to the city. i went with a friend who was staying in the next street to a nearby eatery to eat nasi lemak. it was really delicious and i was satisfied with the nasi lemak and the teh tarik especially not eating rice very often since i came here.
